**Sip Less** ("we", "our", or "us") is a mobile application published by **Leverage Ventures LLC**. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles your information.
## 1. Summary
Sip Less stores all data locally on your device. We do not operate servers, collect analytics, or transmit your data anywhere. We have no ability to access, view, or retrieve your information.
## 2. Information You Provide
When you use Sip Less, the following data is created and stored on your device only:
- **Name** (optional): If you choose to enter your name in profile settings.
- **Profile photo** (optional): If you choose to select a photo from your device's photo library. The image remains as a local file on your device and is never uploaded.
- **Daily check-ins**: Whether the day was drink-free, number of drinks (if applicable), mood rating, and optional notes.
- **Craving logs**: Timestamp, selected triggers, intensity level (1-10), and optional notes.
- **App preferences**: Your selected goal, daily reminder time, and notification preferences.
- **Start date**: The date you began using the app, used to calculate your progress streak.
## 3. Information Collected Automatically
None. Sip Less does not collect any data automatically. There are no analytics, crash reporting, advertising, or tracking services in the app.
## 4. How Your Data Is Stored
All data is stored locally on your device using on-device storage (AsyncStorage). Your data never leaves your device. We do not operate any servers, databases, or cloud services.
- We cannot access your data.
- We cannot recover your data if it is deleted.
- Your data is not backed up to our systems (though it may be included in your device's iCloud backup, which is governed by Apple's privacy practices).
## 5. Notifications
Sip Less can send you a daily reminder notification at a time you choose. These notifications are scheduled locally on your device. We do not use remote push notification servers. No notification data is sent to us or any third party.
## 6. Photo Library Access
If you choose to add a profile photo, Sip Less requests access to your photo library. The selected image is stored as a local file reference on your device. It is never uploaded, transmitted, or shared.
## 7. Third-Party Services
Sip Less does not integrate with any third-party services. Specifically:
- No analytics or crash reporting SDKs
- No advertising or ad tracking
- No social login providers
- No payment processors or subscription services
- No cloud storage or sync services
- No data brokers or data-sharing partners
The app is distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple's data practices during download and installation are governed by [Apple's Privacy Policy](https://www.apple.com/privacy/).
## 8. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal data with any third parties. Your data stays on your device.
## 9. Your Rights and Choices
- **Access your data**: All your data is visible within the app at all times.
- **Delete your data**: Use the "Reset All Data" option in Settings to permanently erase all stored data. This action cannot be undone.
- **Uninstall**: Deleting the app from your device removes all locally stored data.
- **Control notifications**: Enable or disable reminders at any time through the app's settings or your device's notification settings.
## 10. Children's Privacy
Sip Less is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 17. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
