Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the **Sip Less** mobile application ("the App", "we", "our", or "us"), published by **Leverage Ventures LLC**.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
## 1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Sip Less, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our [Privacy Policy](https://sip-less.applanding.co/privacy).
## 2. Description of Service
Sip Less is a free personal wellness app designed to help users track and reduce their alcohol consumption. The App provides:
- Daily sobriety check-in tracking
- Craving logging and management tools
- Progress tracking and streak monitoring
- Optional local reminder notifications
All features are free. There are no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or premium tiers.
**Sip Less is not a medical application and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.** The App is intended as a personal wellness and self-tracking tool only. If you are experiencing alcohol dependency, withdrawal symptoms, or any health concerns, please consult a qualified healthcare professional immediately.
## 3. Eligibility
You must be at least 17 years of age to use the App.
## 4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the App only for its intended personal wellness purpose.
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or tamper with the App.
- Not use the App for any unlawful purpose.
- Not redistribute, sublicense, or resell the App or any part of it.
## 5. Data and Privacy

You are solely responsible for your data. If you delete the app or use the "Reset All Data" feature, your data is permanently erased and cannot be recovered.
## 6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, graphics, and code within Sip Less are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.
## 7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Accuracy or reliability of any information displayed
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Suitability as a substitute for professional medical advice
**You acknowledge that the App is a self-help tool and not a medical device.** Any decisions you make based on information in the App are your own responsibility.
## 8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
Because the App is free and all data is stored locally on your device, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to the App shall not exceed fifty US dollars (US $50).
## 9. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. Upon deletion, all locally stored data is removed.
We reserve the right to discontinue the App at any time without notice.
## 10. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be reflected by the "Last updated" date at the top. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
## 11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of **the State of Wyoming, USA**, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
## 12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
